Please complete the RSVP as soon as possible so that we can finalise the planning - it really only takes 2 minutes, but we need to know which nights you will be staying and if you have any special requirements regarding food and hotel.

The MarCom team will organise your hotel rooms, breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

Please book your own flights according to the schedule of when you need to be in Vienna according to the list that was sent to you by e-mail. You may arrive a day earlier if necessary.

There is no airport transfer service.

AIC2023 briefing calls will take place in two weeks time, during which we will provide you with everything you need to know and give you the opportunity to ask questions.

We will have several slots to suit your schedules and will also record them so that you can watch a replay if you cannot make one of the slots.
